MDS has partnered with the Las Olas Company on a landmark, 7-story structure at this prestigious Las Olas address. MDS will be making significant enhancements to the Main 1st floor lobby. In addition, three upper floor lobbies and corresponding corridors will also receive new designer finishes. MDS has also partnered with the Las Olas Company to complete multiple restaurants, shops, and hotel modifications.
