Complete demolition and renovation of existing food court facility. 25,000 sq. ft. renovation included dismantling areas of the internally located parking garage decks to allow the new facility to be constructed with a new 2 story high open concept. Project involved split shift construction 20 hours a day to allow for uninterrupted activity involving mall operations and tenants.
