Property modifications and improvements spanning 25 separate buildings, containing 721 residential condominium units, sprawled across more than 42 acres as part of a budgeted $20 million Construction Management project agreement.  Scope of work includes: concrete restoration, civil/site work, elevator/cab replacements, ADA upgrades, pool/pool house retrofits, seawall and footbridge repairs/replacement, and roof replacements.
