A four-story auto dealership for the third largest automotive retailer in the United States.  The scope of work for this prototype flagship project includes a full site development package, 50,000-sq. ft. of office and showroom area, a 310,000-sq. ft., 800-car parking garage, an automotive service center complete with drive-through car wash.
